The policy outlines how Council manages, maintains and plans for cemeteries under its care. It also supports recent changes made to cemetery fees and charges, clarifies what people are entitled to when purchasing burial or ash plots, and provides guidance on refunds, interment rights and future development.
Your feedback will help ensure that Council’s cemetery services are respectful, accessible and meet community expectations now and into the future.
