Council is reviewing our Workplace Health Assessments Policy and Requesting to Return to Work following a Non Work Related Injury or Serious Illness Procedure.

Workplace Health Assessments Policy: Council is committed to a safe working environment and ensuring that all employees are capable of safely completing their work activities. This approach requires Council to take a risk-based approach to assessing the physical and psychological demands of each role and obtaining information from potential employees about their capacity to undertake a role.

Requesting to Return to Work Following a Non Work Related Injury or Serious Illness Procedure: This procedure details the steps required to assess whether an employee who has suffered a non-work related injury or serious illness is fit to return to work.
