People & Culture have reviewed, revised and redrafted the Employee Grievance Revolution Policy, Remuneration and Benefits Policy & Workplace Surveillance Notification Policy and are now seeking feedback from all employees.

Notable changes are below:

Employee Grievance Policy

  • Addition of confidentiality clause
  • Retirement of grievance Procedure which duplicated the Policy, incorporating fully into the policy

Remuneration and Benefits Framework Policy

  • Update remuneration increases to include all 5 rating scales in the updated Employee Performance Review Policy
  • Additional options for employees receiving annual payments as the result of a performance review rather than receiving the annual payment
  • Update to clean up ,policy with removal to transition arrangements that took place in 2023

Workplace Surveillance Policy

  • Cut back to when, how and where we conduct workplace surveillance and the notification we're required to give
