People & Culture have reviewed, revised and redrafted the Employee Grievance Revolution Policy, Remuneration and Benefits Policy & Workplace Surveillance Notification Policy and are now seeking feedback from all employees.
Notable changes are below:
Employee Grievance Policy
Addition of confidentiality clause
Retirement of grievance Procedure which duplicated the Policy, incorporating fully into the policy
Remuneration and Benefits Framework Policy
Update remuneration increases to include all 5 rating scales in the updated Employee Performance Review Policy
Additional options for employees receiving annual payments as the result of a performance review rather than receiving the annual payment
Update to clean up ,policy with removal to transition arrangements that took place in 2023
Workplace Surveillance Policy
Cut back to when, how and where we conduct workplace surveillance and the notification we're required to give
