The purpose of draft Amendment 1 to Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 (LEP 2015) is to transfer land that has been deferred from LEP 2015. The finalisation of Amendment 1 will result in some of the land with the “Deferred” status being incorporated into LEP 2015.
Draft Amendment 1 to LEP 2015 applies to the listed properties only and it may be for only one, or more than 1 provision. For example the amendment for a parcel may apply to the zone only with all other provisions remaining as exhibited in the draft LEP 2015 (formerly known as DLEP 2013). A list of the properties included in draft Amendment 1 is available as a download in the Document Library.
Draft Amendment 1 comprises maps only however it should be read together with applicable clauses in LEP 2015. Details and maps for deferred sites are available in the Document Library. Please note that mapping for Amendment 1 is not on Council’s interactive mapping tool.
NOTE: Draft Amendment 1 does not apply to land proposed to be zoned R6 Residential Character Conservation. This land is subject to the proposed Amendment 2 to LEP 2015.
