About this project

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Western Sydney designers and artists to develop concept designs for bespoke bike racks inspired by the environment, character and lifestyle of Glenbrook.

The selected concept designs will be fabricated and installed by Council at multiple locations in Glenbrook village as part of a wider public domain upgrade program.

Deadline extended

How to participate

  1. Download the information package for the project for further information:
  2. Participants can express interest by providing a single PDF that includes:
    • a draft concept design
    • a biography of up to 250 words (for applications featuring multiple collaborators, please include bio on each);
    • and a portfolio of relevant past works up to three A4 pages in length, with up to six images;
    • an Artist/Designer CV (optional), please limit to a maximum of two pages.
  3. Submit your EOI using the form below before 9am Friday 25 September 2026.
