Welcome to the public exhibition of the Blue Mountains Draft Development Control Plan 2014 (Draft DCP 2014) - 29 October 2014 - 10 December 2014.
The Draft DCP is the companion document to Draft Local Environmental Plan 2013 (LEP 2013). It provides guidelines and controls for development in the Blue Mountains.
The DCP is organised into two volumes:
Volume 1 provides the introduction, sets the context, and contains general provisions for the majority of development.
Volume 2 contains controls for specific development types and development within precinct areas.
Both volumes can be viewed and downloaded from the Library on this page.
You will also find information on how to make a submission, where to view hard copies of the documents and how to make enqiries.
