DRAFT - Road Failures

Use this map to drop a pin at the location of the road failure you have identified. 

Once the pin has been placed you will then be given the options to identify the type of failure and it's severity (on a scale of 1 to 5).
There is also an option for you to add further comments and upload an image. 

How to drop a pin

• You can use the search bar in the top right corner to search for the address/location OR click and drag (zoom in and out) to the location
• Click on the plus button to drop a new pin 
• 
• Select the box with the relevant road failure you’re reporting and to what level out of 5 (where 1 is low and 5 is high)
