Council is seeking community feedback on the Draft Blue Mountains Heritage Strategy 2026 – 2030, as part of the public exhibition process.

Public Exhibition is open from Wednesday 5 August to Wednesday 2 September 2026.

The Draft Blue Mountains Heritage Strategy sets the strategic direction for heritage management over the next four years and focuses on the proactive management of heritage in the Blue Mountains, structured under four key themes: Knowing, Protecting, Supporting & Promoting.

Following the public exhibition period, the Draft Heritage Strategy will be reviewed, all feedback considered and finalised once adopted by Council.

We encourage you to review the Draft Heritage Strategy and provide your feedback by submitting the survey and/or form below to help shape the future of Heritage in the Blue Mountains.
