Disability Study Survey
This survey is an investigation into the experiences of people living with disability and/or mental illness and the role of local government in the Blue Mountains.
Council is committed to making the Blue Mountains an inclusive and accessible city so all members of the community of different abilities can participate in all aspects of community life. As part of this Council employs an Aged and Disability Services Officer and has developed a Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2017-2021.
This survey is about understanding the needs of our community and how Council can support our community.
The responses from this survey will be de-identified and will remain anonymous. The survey is voluntary and you can withdraw completion at any time.
