This survey is an investigation into the experiences of people living with disability and/or mental illness and the role of local government in the Blue Mountains.
Are you someone living with disability and/or mental illness (including parents and/or carers)?
We would love to hear from you about your experiences. We would like to gain a better understanding of your needs and what’s important to you.
