Consultation has concluded.

This survey is an investigation into the experiences of people living with disability and/or mental illness and the role of local government in the Blue Mountains.

Are you someone living with disability and/or mental illness (including parents and/or carers)?

We would love to hear from you about your experiences. We would like to gain a better understanding of your needs and what’s important to you.

This survey is part of a larger study that Council is conducting in order to understand the needs and experiences of people living with disability and/or mental illness in the Blue Mountains. To see more about the work that Council is doing please see our Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2017-2021.

The survey is completely voluntary and will be available online and/or via hard copy until May 31.
