Service Excellence – Customer Feedback Survey
Blue Mountains City Council has launched an online Customer Feedback Survey which will give residents and ratepayers an opportunity for real time feedback on their customer service experience with the Council.
The Customer Feedback survey is not a replacement for CSRs or correspondence regarding particular matters. Customer enquiries seeking a response to an issue or concern will still be managed in the same way.
The Customer Feedback Survey aims to give Council valuable information on how well our customer services are performing overall so we know what is working well and what areas may need improving.
