Update on Sutton Lane Carpark construction timeframe

Unfortunately, the reopening of Sutton Lane carpark has been delayed. The carpark will now reopen to the public on Saturday, 23 December 2023.

The short delay is the result of design improvements being identified and delivered as part of the upgrade work.
