Planned Upcoming Night Work at the Intersection of Govetts Leap Road and Wentworth Street

Time: 7pm Monday, 13 May 2024 to 5 am Thursday, 16 May 2024. Three night shifts in total. The third night shift will be cancelled if the work is completed earlier.

Location: On the footpath on the northwest corner of the intersection of Govetts Leap Road and Wentworth Street.

Proposed work: Non-destructive excavation for trenching in preparation for electrical conduits.

Traffic control will be in place which will result in traffic being slowed, however both Govetts Leap Rd and Wentworth Street are expected to remain open for the duration of the work.

Some noise and vibration will occur from the construction works. However, active efforts will be made to eliminate and mitigate noise and vibration where possible.
