The draft policy is available in the Document Library on the right hand side of this page. Please use the Submission Form tab below to provide your response, or email your questions or comments directly to saudley@bmcc.nsw.gov.au.

Deadline for comments: COB, Tuesday 13 July, 2021.

Contact: Sue Audley – Program Leader, Employee Relations

Background:

This policy represents a “refresh” and consolidation of Council’s current workplace flexibility options. Council’s workplace flexibility options include ways by which employees can seek to alter their start and finish times, working days, hours of work and/or work location. These options can be achieved through flexibility options such as phased retirement, phased return from parental leave, job sharing, and flexibility with regard to working locations. This revised policy simplifies the application process for employees.

Thank you in advance for your participation in this feedback process.
