Naming of Pedestrian Bridge – Valley Heights
Council is inviting submissions from the community for a commemorative name for the Pedestrian Bridge over the Great Western Highway at Valley Heights.
A commemorative name is for a person or group of persons and the criteria which will be taken into account will include whether the Individual or Group has/is:
- Made a significant contribution to the local area, City of Blue Mountains, State of New South Wales or the Nation of Australia;
- Achieved excellence in a particular field or endeavour of local, state or national significance (E.g. Sport, Science, Health, Education, Arts etc.) ;
- Provided extensive community service; and
- No longer living.

Submissions may be made in the following ways:
