Background:

Council has been developing its new Remuneration and Benefits Framework for the last two years. Thank you to all staff for the valuable feedback you have provided throughout this process. We now invite your feedback on this final draft policy. An overview of employee examples, in regards to the new Remuneration & Benefits Framework are also available in the Document Library on the right.

Remuneration and benefits are what Council offers employees in exchange for their actual work contribution and at the time of employment, their potential work contribution.

Council uses a remuneration and benefits framework (RBF) to manage employee remuneration and benefits. All employee remuneration and benefits will take place under the RBF.
