Background:

The Procedure for Developing BMCC Strategic Plans provides a step-by-step guide to developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing a strategic plan. It has been developed to ensure that BMCC strategic plans are consistent, integrated and reflective of the aspirations of the community as identified in the Community Strategic Plan, and follow an appropriate governance process from inception to adoption.
