Background: Remuneration and benefits are what Council offers employees in exchange for their actual work contribution and at the time of employment, their potential work contribution.

Council uses a remuneration and benefits framework (RBF) to manage employee remuneration and benefits. All employee remuneration and benefits will take place under the RBF.
