This document is a review of BMCC’s Legislative Compliance Policy.

This policy outlines why and how compliance is implemented and achieved by Blue Mountains City Council (in accordance with its obligations as a local government authority), including but not limited to the internal management of compliance, and the reporting/ enforcement of non-compliances.
