People & Culture have reviewed, revised and redrafted the Employee Performance Policy and are now seeking feedback from all employees.
Noteworthy changes include:
1. Introduction of a more graded rating scale as follows.
Outstanding (New)
Highly Achieving (New)
Achieving
Progressing
Underperforming
2. All employees are deemed to be “Achieving” during the employee review process unless evidence is provided to the contrary.
3. A mandatory meeting between people leaders and 2-up manager prior to any rating that is not “Achieving” to be discussed with employees.
4. Supervisor training in employee performance and planning.
5. Updating the e-performance form to reflect the changes.
