BHS School Survey of Resilience and Wellbeing

This survey is being undertaken by the Stronger Families Alliance. We are a group of community members and service providers in the Blue Mountains who are committed to making the Blue Mountains a great place for children and young people to live, go to school and work.

We are asking children, young people and community members across the Blue Mountains how they feel about their lives and the community they live in.

It would be great if you could take a few minutes to complete this survey to let us know how you feel about your life in the Blue Mountains and the Blue Mountains Community.

Anything you tell us will be grouped with what other people tell us so no one will be able to identify what you have said.

If you have any questions about the survey or how we will use it please ask. You can do that by talking to your teacher by contacting Rhiannon Walker at Blue Mountains City Council:   rwalker@bmcc.nsw.gov.au | 024780 5000.

The Blue Mountains Resilience and Wellbeing Survey has been reviewed and approved by the NBMLHD LNR Committee. Contact details for the Committee are: HREC Executive Officer, 4734 1988, Ethics@health.nsw.gov.au
