Staff Consultation: Overtime Policy

We would like to invite your comments on the draft Overtime, On Call and Call Back Policy before it progresses towards adoption.

Target audience: Executive, Managers, Program Leaders, Co-ordinators and key staff who have people leadership responsibilities.

This consultation is open to all staff. The current submission process is for staff only.

Background:

The Overtime, On Call and Call Back Policy is a refresh of the current Overtime Policy. It is primarily for reference by Managers, Program Leaders, Co-ordinators and the like who have responsibility for approving overtime, on call and call back payments.

It is intended that this policy will be adopted by Council and released internally.
