Organisational Redesign - proposed structure for Levels 4 and 5

Staff are invited and encouraged to provide feedback on the proposed new structure for Levels 4 and 5 - Program Leaders / Coordinators / Team Leaders / Officers. The Level 4/5 structure reflects the changes at Level 2 (Director) and 3 (Manager) positions. Click here to view the draft structure on the Staff Intranet.

The closing date for receiving feedback has been extended to Wednesday 8 May 2019.

In the same way that your feedback was sought on the Levels 2 and 3 structure, the focus of the comments on the proposed Level 4 and 5 structure should be the proposed structure rather than any concerns about the potential impact on individual staff. There are other opportunities to raise and resolve concerns relating to the implementation of the new structure, once it is finalised.
