Blue Mountains City Council is inviting you to share your feedback on our leisure pool centres in Katoomba, Lawson, Glenbrook, Blackheath and Springwood.

Your input will help us assess current services and plan for improvements. Each centre has its own short survey, which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

All responses are confidential, and participation is voluntary. You may choose to withdraw at any time.

This research is being conducted for Blue Mountains City Council in partnership with CERM Performance Indicators (CERM PI), University of South Australia – Business, and has been approved by the UniSA Human Research Ethics Committee.

As a thank you for participating, you can choose to enter a prize draw to win a 1-month free extension on your membership (terms and conditions apply).
