Have Your Say on Council’s proposed action plan and budget for 2026-2027.

Council has prepared its Draft update to Delivery Program 2025-2029 and Operational Plan 2026-2027 and invites the views of the community.

The plans include:

• Principal Activities, Performance Measures and Operational Plan Actions
• Asset Works Program
• Budget
• Rates and Annual Charges statement
• Fees and charges.

The following documents are now on public exhibition until Thursday 28 May 2026.

• Draft Update to Delivery Program 2025-2029
• Draft Operational Plan 2026-2027
• Draft Fees and Charges 2026-2027

These draft plans can be downloaded from the Document Library at the right of this page, or hardcopies can be viewed at Council’s customer service counters in Katoomba and Springwood, and at the Council Libraries.

Lodge your comments via the online submission form below by Thursday 28 May 2026.

How else can I lodge a submission?

Formal submissions should be marked “Operational Plan 2026-2027 - Public Submission”. Submissions can either be:

• Posted to Blue Mountains City Council, Locked Bag 1005, Katoomba NSW 2780
• Hand delivered to Council’s customer service counters at Katoomba or Springwood
• Emailed to council@bmcc.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions must be received by Thursday 28 May 2026.
