Consultation has concluded
The purpose of this survey is to invite further feedback from staff on Stage 3 of the Organisational Performance Review, which focuses on ‘How will we get there?’ or in other words, How will we get to where we want to be as an organisation?
The focus of the survey below is on the 6 Key Improvement Areas identified through the process. For each Key Improvement Area, there is a statement about where we want to be and proposedinitial high level actions to address the improvement area. These high level actions have been developed from reviewing the hundreds of suggested actions made by staff as an initial priorities to commence improvement work. Other suggested staff actions will continue to be considered over time and within available resources.
The survey then asks a few questions about whether you agree with the proposed focus for improvement and action and whether you have any further comments or suggestions to make on action to be taken as a priority.
As part of Key Improvement Area 1 – Silos, Culture and Structure – there is also an opportunity for you to make any comments you want on the proposed new structure and operating model.
Thank you in advance for your feedback and participation in this important process.
