The draft policies are being updated as part of the regular review cycle and this has included addressing any known issues regarding the policies.

The four draft Fleet Policies have incorporated relevant and updated policy information from the following policies which will be retired: Vehicle Pooling; Salary Sacrifice - Leaseback Motor Vehicles; Traffic Offenses & Parking Fines; Vehicle Pooling.

Key updates and improvements include simplifying terminology and categories, improving consistency, efficiency and clarity as well as insuring transparency and fairness.
