About the Vehicle and Plant GPS Policy

Blue Mountains City Council (Council) will deploy GPS devices in certain vehicles and plant to support the efficient use, maintenance and security of Council assets and safety of staff. In doing so, Council will comply with all relevant requirements of the Workplace Surveillance Act 2005 (NSW) (WS Act), including notification of use.
