First Nations Creatives

Blue Mountains City Council would like to connect with the local First Nations community who have an interest in the creative space.

As part of Reconciliation Week (27 May-3 June) and on the anniversary of the endorsement of the Statement of Recognition and Commitment, Council is holding a series of events for First Nations Creatives.

These events will be a chance for artists to connect with each other, and Council, and yarn about how they would like to see First Nations artists represented and celebrated, particularly in Council-managed locations that hold space for creativity.

1st Event:

When: Saturday 31 May 2-4pm

Where: Blue Mountains Cultural Centre Katoomba

What: Mingle, yarn, have a cuppa

Where: Blue Mountains Theatre & Cultural Hub Springwood
