The purpose of the Draft Enterprise Risk Management Policy is to implement organisation-wide risk management principles, systems and processes that ensure the consistent, efficient and effective assessment of risk in all Council’s planning, decision-making and operational processes. The Risk Management Procedure applies to the management of all risks at Blue Mountains City Council.

Scope - Risk Management Policy

This policy applies to all Councillors, employees, contractors, sub-contractors and delegates of Council. It also applies to members of Council’s committees, including external members.
