The Enforcement Policy builds on the previous version adopted by Council in 2006 and it continues to reflect the need for the decision making process of the Council authorised officers to be carried out in a transparent, efficient, fair and consistent manner having regard to all the circumstances.

Policy Statement
Council will take a consistent and transparent approach to decision making and a proportional
approach to compliance and enforcement.
