Notice of intention to issue Licenses for the use of BMCC managed lands for Ecotourism - 2024-2025

In pursuance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 and Section 2.20 of the Crown Lands Management Act 2016, Blue Mountains City Council (and the reserve trusts it represents) proposes to grant or renew licences to those Organisations specified in Schedule 1 to conduct the Permitted Activities also specified in Schedule 1 on the lands specified in Schedule 2A-C, which are available here (also available under the Documents tab to the right of this page).

The term of any such licence will not exceed one year.

Submissions need to be made by 5pm Wednesday 14 August 2024.
