Who wrote and how was the document written?

It was written by The Stafford Group for the Blue Mountains City Council. The document was developed in collaboration with an industry reference group which included membership from the Blue Mountains Tourism Accommodation Association, National Parks and Wildlife; Blue Mountains Attraction Group and Blue Mountains Economic Enterprise.

Other special interest groups were also consulted on a one on one basis including the Aboriginal Advisory Committee, Destination NSW, and Transport for NSW etc. whilst the wider Blue Mountains tourism industry was invited to attend a series of workshops to inform the development of the document.
