Consultation has concluded
Council proposes to formally dedicate The Valley Road, The Chase and Peninsula Road, Valley Heights as ”public roads”, under Section 16 of the Roads Act 1993.
A map of the proposed road dedications has been provided and shows the roads concerned (as hatched), there will be no noticeable change in the roads, as this is only to formalise the dedication of these roads, as “public roads”.
You may provide Council with any comments / feedback regarding the road dedications until the COB on Friday 11 September 2020.
