Consultation has concluded.

Council has developed a new Complaints Handling Policy and is also conducting a periodic review of its Unreasonable Complainant Conduct Policy. You can view the draft policies by clicking on the download available on the right hand side of this page.

We would like to encourage residents to consider the drafts and make relevant submissions to either one or both of these policies.
