Six years ago a group of Blue Mountains musicians travelled to the Northern Territory to play music with Ray Dimakarri Dixon.

Ray is a proud leader in Australia’s indigenous music scene. What evolved is a unique musical partnership and the establishment

of a rocking eight-piece band of Northern Territory and Blue Mountains musicians - the Standing Strong Band.
