AAC Election 27 November

The community election to the Aboriginal Advisory Council for Blue Mountains City Council is coming up on Wednesday 27 November.

To be held at the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre from 10am to 1pm in the workshop room.

The committee has a total of 9 members including a designated Dharug and Gundungurra custodian position.

The election will be run by independent First Nations facilitators.

Any Blue Mountains resident who is a First Nations person can nominate themselves.

Nominations can be received in advance or by 10:30am on the day. Nominations must include your name and a little bit about yourself.

To vote you must be in attendance at the election.
