MASTERPLAN BACKGROUND STUDIES

In preparation for community consultation, Council has commissioned a number of consultant studies to inform the process. These studies will provide a snapshot of the current status of urban elements/ infrastructure, retail and property markets, transport services (including traffic and parking) and a general review of planning attributes.

Copies of these studies will be available on the website in December 2016.
