It is a requirement of the Local Government Act 1993 that we undertake a review of our organisational structure within 12 months of a newly elected council. Our current organisation structure has been in place since 1 July 2019 and was implemented following the Organisation Performance Review undertaken in 2018-2019.
As we commence this review, we would like to hear from staff in relation to the current structure (available in the document library):
what is working well
are there any changes or refinements required?
if yes, what could be changed and why?
Staff submissions will be acknowledged; reviewed by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and considered for inclusion as part of the development of the proposed structure. Submissions will not be individually responded to, however Staff will have a further opportunity to provide submissions as we move through the review process.
